Youth Groups and Family Group at St. Agnes

Youth Update...
The areas we have girls groups are in:

Holy Trinity (South St. Paul), Faribault, Glencoe, Coon Rapids, Andover, St. Agnes(St. Paul), St. Charles Borromeo (St. Anthony), Isanti, St. Michael’s Parish (West St. Paul), St. Cloud, Roseville, Blue Earth, Rochester, Sleepy Eye, New Prague, & Burnsville, Eagan, and Savage.
To participate in any of these girls groups, they must be registered. Please contact Sr. M. Deanne Niehaus at schgirlsyouth.mn@schsrsmary.org to request registration forms.

The areas we have boys groups are:

St. Agnes (St. Paul), Isanti, and Epiphany (Coon Rapids).
To participate in any of these boys groups, they must be registered. Please contact Fr. Mark Niehaus at fr.mjniehaus@gmail.com or Fr. Francisco Rojas at father.francisco@gmail.com to request registration forms.

There is also a family group that meets at St. Agnes Parish in St. Paul. All youth who participate in this group must be registered as well. Any questions regarding this family group contact Steve Carlson at scarlson@northlc.com or call Martha Praska in the church office at 651-293-1710.

Covenant Sundays in the Twin Cities Area

We hope to have a Covenant Sunday for the Schoenstatt Family in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas every other month starting in December.

Dedication of the Cor Mariae Shrine in Nebraska





You are invited to join us in Nebraska for the dedication of the Cor Mariae (Heart of Mary) Shrine which will take place on Saturday, November 17, 2007.

The Program will begin at 1PM on Saturday.


Anyone from Minnesota interested in participating should call Sr. Miriam at 612-618-9334 or send an email: srmiriam@schsrsmary.org.

We will do our best to get you a ride to Nebraska (cost of gasoline will be divided among passengers). We wil leave on Friday afternoon and begin the return trip on Sunday morning.


A single room in a hotel will cost approximately $104.00, 2 persons sharing a room : $52.00, 3 persons in a room: $35.00, 4 persons in a room: $26.00.


There is a possibility of staying with a host family in Nebraska. Please, let us know if you are interested in this option.

The banquet after the dedication is $12.

The October Founding Day celebration will be postponed until NOVEMBER 4th, 2007. We will take the opportunity on that day to celebrate with Father Dieter Haas on the occasion of his 40th anniversary of ordination.
